By placing an order with us, it is assumed you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

VAT is added to postage and goods for all orders despatched to UK locations.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, sterling cash, sterling cheques & direct bank transfers.  Please Supply The EXACT Name & Address Of The Credit Card Holder In EXACTLY The Way It Appears On The Credit Card Statement.

What Happens If Some Parts Ordered Are Not Available
We keep most of the spares listed on our web site in stock.  Our website is not a "live" system that indicates which items are in stock at any one time.  Please advise us what you would like us to do with your order, if any items are not available when we process your order, (e.g. send what we have or wait till the order is complete).  If you dont make a choice then we will decide the best course of action based on stock lead times.

Overseas Customers Paying By Credit Card
After you place an order with us you often need to contact your card issuer and inform them that we will be debiting your credit card.  Many issuers do not automatically authorise overseas payments due to increasing fraud & we find that cards are sometimes declined despite there being no other reason than your issuer not being aware that you are ordering overseas.

New Customers
We generally request a bank transfer for orders placed over £500 from new customers.

Postage & Packing
Please remember that physically large items and/or heavy items mean higher postage charges.  The minimum postage & packing charge of £4 will apply to small orders.  If you wish to get an estimate of your postage costs please contact us prior to ordering.  If you live overseas, there are many variables to consider and each parcel is worked out individually.  We may need to increase postage charges for the following locations, please check BEFORE ordering:- Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scottish Highlands, Isle Of White.

Email Orders
